Mel's Running & Coaching

Welcome and thanks for taking a look around my website.

My name is Melanie Brockbank and I have been a Coach in Running Fitness (CIRF) since 2019.

What makes me different to everyone else and why should you consider putting your trust in me? 

I am not your standard physique of Runner or Coach, but i understand what it takes to get anyone from the couch to running any distance up to and above a marathon.

I also have a vast knowledge of how to tweak your style to improve your times or just make your run that bit more fluid.

My moto is there is no such thing as can't. It's all about consistency and keep trying as this will lead to success.
